Nick Wightman, trainer at the Volkswagen training centre in Milton Keynes, received an Outstanding Commitment Award in the Certificate of Training Practice awarded by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
"It was very difficult to free the time to complete the coursework, juggling work responsibilities and family. Fortunately, the tutors at Barnfield College were very flexible and accommodating with help and information. In turn, that encouraged me to go the extra mile with the work. The course was held at the Volkswagen training centre, which saved me a lot of travelling time."
